You are invited to take part in a survey about your health and access to healthcare for fish harvesters working in Canada. Participation is completely voluntary and your answers will be anonymous.

This research is part of Pablo's Baldiviezo's master thesis at Memorial University of Newfoundland, supervised by Dr. Desai Shan and funded by the Memorial University, the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and the Ocean Frontier Institute.

Your valuable input will help them better understand:

  • healthcare challenges faced by fish harvesters

  • ways to improve healthcare for people working at sea

  • policies that could support the health and well-being of Canadian fish harvesters
