Transport Canada Ship Safety Bulletin: New vessel stability e-course for Canadian seafarers

Transport Canada has recently posted a new Ship Safety Bulletin. This bulletin announces a new online course that explains what makes a vessel stable and how different factors affect stability.

Fishermen who don’t have formal Transport Canada-approved stability training would highly benefit from this online training.
